Karen has extensive experience reviewing and signing complex federal and multi-state tax returns, overseeing tax departments, and representing clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities. She has also led teams through evolving tax regulations and firm-wide technology implementations designed to improve efficiency and accuracy.
In addition to tax advisory services, Karen brings a strong accounting background, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and process improvement for small to mid-sized businesses. She is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to developing high-performing teams.
